It might happen that there aren’t any challenges available now. We’ll keep you updated, and we will notify you as soon as there is a new challenge available. You can expect to receive about two challenges per week.
Deleting your My-Habitz account will remove all your collected data, tickets or progress in the app. It is not able to reverse this action. All data is permanently deleted.
Data security is a top priority for My-Habitz. We apply the highest security standards to guarantee privacy. We collect data in a well-secured data vault, and ensure that all data is anonymized, making it impossible to trace anything back to you.
Your data is stored anonymously. In the app you can find an exact overview of the information collected about you. By collecting locations and answering short questions you have a chance to win cash prizes. With the anonymously stored data, well-known brands can gain a better understanding of consumers and customers, and you will be rewarded for this.

Lottery

You can easily collect tickets by completing challenges and answering questions in the My-Habitz app. Additionally, you can earn tickets for collecting measures. Collecting measures will go automatically.
You can decide how many tickets you want to participate with. One ticket equals one chance of winning out of all entries. If you were to use 100 tickets, this means that you will have a 100 times chance compared to the rest.
Every lottery draw is on the first day of the month. Soon after, we’ll announce the winners.
It may take some time to process your number of tickets. You will receive them soon. If it takes more than several days, please contact us so we can help you.
If you win the lottery, the money will be transferred to you. This is done via PayPal. So make sure you have this so that we can give you the amount you won.
There is a monthly lottery where you can have a chance to win cash prizes. The main prize is 100 euros. We will also keep you informed about interim competitions. We deposit any winnings into your PayPal account.

Measures

You can delete measures in the My-Habitz app. To remove a measure, you can access your profile in the app where you will find an overview of all your data. From there, you can find and delete the specific measure you wish to remove. Keep in mind that the data is stored anonymously and can be viewed and deleted at any time.

If you are not seeing measures in the app, it might have to do something with one of the following reasons.

It may happen that a measure in the app is inaccurate. This can be caused by a brief loss of internet connection or a deviation in your phone's location measurement. Don’t worry, it is not a problem: as more measurements are being collected over the course of time, your overall habits will take form and make a more accurate representation.

Location

You are free to decide whether you want to share location data. However, when you share store visits with us, you are able to collect more tickets. This gives you a greater chance of winning in the lottery. Location data is stored to learn more about you. Don’t worry: all data is anonymous, which means data can’t be traced back to you.
On the home screen of the app, you can see whether the app is able to measure. You can find the status at the bottom of the home screen. You can watch this video for a quick explanation.
